Booking said breakfast was included but all we got was a voucher for two people to have a muffin or cereal. There were three of us. We were there for an early event and had to buy breakfast from the hotel restaurant.

Well, the staff are friendly.

There’s not much to like about the property. The pictures on Booking are not a true reflection of the hotel. I was greeted by a damp smell, followed by the awful brown carpet that is fitted in the hotel. The facilities are dated, my fridge wasn’t cold and there was dirt in my room and bathroom.

The room was very spacious, with a nice bed and a TV with Netflix and Youtube access in the bedroom area and sofa, armchair and another TV in the lounge area. Everything was clean and the kitchen had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which we made good use of.
Negatives:
We stayed for a week and despite this they do not send housekeeping at all unless asked. Even then it took three attempts and we only managed to get them to clean the room on the last day we were there.
