Charter busses full of people including older teens stayed and were so obnoxious and rude in the pool(made my daughter cry) and on our floor that we had to go to the desk to complain... the busses chaperone then got confrontational with my boyfriend. Made us uncomfortable or entire stay because they were also there or entire trip.
