Positives:
Proximity to Salem and other conveniences. The room was a good size, but the carpet was dirty.
Negatives:
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The adjoining room was loud - left their TV on all night and their child was up at 2am talking loudly = there is no sound proofing on that adjoining door. The breakfast was not vegan friendly.

Positives:
The cleaning staff was amazing, they were so helpful and went above and beyond to make my family and I comfortable. The staff during breakfast were also exceptional. I witnessed on a few occasions one of them helping out guest members with attractions in the area.
Negatives:
The beds are very hard and the pool could have been a little warmer.

Breakfast was awesome. Loved the cookies. Staff was very sweet and helpful.
Negatives:
We were told housekeeping came every other day, but we were there 3 nights no housekeeping. It wasnt so bad, but the garbage cans are tiny and that kind of built up. If I had called, im sure they would have come up though.
