Booked there for the pool......
Positives:
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. It should be condemned or the staff should pay individuals to stay for free while they renovate.
Negatives:
The whole experience in itself was the worst stay that I have ever encountered. The only reason why I did stay was because it was raining and I was exhausted by the long drive that I had traveling to the area.

Nothing good in this hotel they are cheating and scamming people disgusting hotel I have been trying to get a good location from my trip and I saw the pictures I thought it would be fine for one night and I missed reading the reviews.

When I tried to leave this trash place even it was late night and I was so tired he offered me clean room with extra payment $20 unfortunately I pushed to stay there. I paid too much for this trash hotel.they were scamming.

The bed! They are remodeling so the bedroom furniture was nice, but the fact that they are using the prior amenities to lure guest in is kinda fraudulent I presume. The purpose I book was to go swimming and the free breakfast and neither one are available.
Negatives:
False advertisement! No pool, no breakfast, and what made me leave a bad review was the fact that no towels where in my room to wash the travel off me. When asked for one they were said to be all dirty, so I couldn’t even dry off after my shower, which put the icing on my cake. Oh and they had the audacity to want a deposit. Seriously?????

A very poorly maintained property with 1970s era decor, furnishings and amenitiesbut, the receptionist/on site employee did his best to make the needed room change and was otherwise helpful.
Negatives:
My first room looked like it hadnt been cleaned: trash in the garbage can, hairs on the sheets (were they even changed?), 1970s wallpaper was stained, peeling from wall, and full of holes. Dirty, burned carpet. Dodgy bath rm. 2nd room not much better.

Positives:
Cancelled as soon as we saw the room, won’t refund full price and stayed elsewhere. Filthy, wires hanging in hallway air and floor. Room had glass entry to pool area which were dirty, curtain wouldn’t cover the glass hence no privacy. It should be closed until code enforcement and the health department ok habitation. Still fighting over refund,

Had a bad smell, there were wires in the hallway. The room was not clean. It had masking tape on the air conditioner, and dirty paper clogging up the smoke detector. Requested refund per their 10 minute policy that Im still waiting on.
