Guest service was the rudest that I’ve ever experienced. Not only to myself but those around me as well. A older women with a walker and oxygen arrived at the front desk when I was checking in to explain that she had lost her room key and could she get a new one. The front desk staff asked her where she’d been then if she didn’t have her key because he hadn’t seen her in quite sometimes. I was in awe at the display in front of me!
My room was filthy to the point of fecal matter on the toilet and urine on the floor. The shower ran constantly. Yes ran! When we shut the door and could still hear it.
Also was promised a rollaway and bedding that I didn’t receive. When asked I was told NEITHER WERE AVAILABLE. Yes that is correct I was told that there was not an extra pillow or blanket available on property!
Breakfast is not as described on website nor are other amenities right down to the iron in the room. It appeared to have been dropped from the roof . The manager did nothing to ease these inconveniences at hand or the insistent barking dog. I was told to “ contact booking dot com” .
I understand things happen. We stay in hotels monthly due to my son’s dance schedule but this was on a whole different level of disrespect and discomfort.

Rooms, pool, and lobby not clean. Breakfast was not stocked and had cereal, waffles and baked goods. No protein options. Pool never had towels available. It had the same muddy foot prints around the pool deck.

The property is under construction and really tired. Same applied to my room tub was chipped and the rod was barely hanging on. I was also awaken in the middle of the night from the smell of someone smoking weed. For a brief moment stuck in the elevator and the WiFi was broken which was not helpful because I had to look at documents before my meeting.
