Absolutely abysmal customer service. Agents would not let us check in. Made us wait almost two hours. Refused to give a room in spite of giving all information including the confirmation number. hotel employee like employee who then stormed off and left.

We had previously been staying at the Courtyard Inn behind Hampton, we had an unfortunate stay the last time and decided to spend the few extra dollars and stay here. My fiancee and I have stayed a couple times now and love it. However, the last stay we brought our granddaughter for a weekend “adventure”. The pool was so cold the kids were blue. I feel that when a main attraction for the hotel and for the price of the room , the facilities should be functioning properly or the room rate should be adjusted for a hotel without a pool.
