unlocked exterior doors-unsafe. Employee's dog wandering around loose, though supervised. The dog and the feral cats were a distraction to my dogs. Bathroom sink pitted/stained/chipped.

Got there and they said I didn't have a booking for the 8th-9th but I have it on my phone but wasn't in computer so they denied my stay and wanted 138.00 more plus 200.00 deposit. Ridiculous....
