Room had nests, it smelled bad and the rooms were dirty. Had to buy more sheets because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping underneath the sheets that was provided.

Location was fairly close to van andel arena

Because they have kitchenette’s there are a lot of food smells. Our room smelled like old cooking oil. The hallway smelled due to someone cooking cabbage.
We traveled 2 hours for our daughters graduation. The description said that there was a hair dryer so I didn’t bring mine. NO HAIRDRYER. Asked at desk… she didn’t even look or get out of her chair. Told me that they did not have any. Next day at checkout another lady asked how was our stay. I said I was disappointed with no hairdryer. She said.. we have hairdryers. Not happy about that.
I forgot my phone charger. Will never see that again. Bummed.
Don’t get excited about breakfast. It is basically packaged muffins and coffee.

Too much smoking right outside the doors. Breakfast choice was very limited.

The room was big. Plenty of space. The bed was comfortable.

Only one bed side table in king room. Upon arrival I was told there weren't any kitchen supplies available.
