The room had all the necessary amenities e.g fridge, microwave coffee maker e.t.c it was rooming and excellent breakfast and plenty of options to eat. Although we didn’t use the pool on this trip, but we looked around the whole area it was pretty wonderful.

Easy to get to for the plans that I had.
Negatives:
It was dirty. The chairs need to be cleaned or just replaced. They were filthy. The beds seemed clean but the bathroom doors and walls were dirty. Things were old and run down. The whole place was just questionable for the price I paid. I was very unhappy to spend that kind of money on a 10 hour stay.
The other issue was that I was told that I could check in at 2:00 and when I stood in line and three other women were told the same time and we were all turned away until 3:00, I was quite annoyed. I, fortunately didn’t have a far distance to go to spend some time away from the hotel. But I checked in at 11:00 pm because I couldn’t check in at 2:05 pm so that was another issue.

Positives:
First, the staff were all very polite and ready to help in any manner.
Its location is the best part as it straddles Lansing and East Lansing. If you have anything to do with the University and you don't want to pay a premium then this will definitely work.
The indoor pool was great. Having a place to get some easy exercise during the Winter is a real bonus.
Negatives:
The place is not the most attractive. But then again the cost reflects that. If all you need is a bed then it certainly fulfills the need.
