The location is fine although the street has insane potholes that will destroy your car if you're not careful. Lots of stores and restaurants around. The rooms are ok but the hotel definitely needs a renovation.

Worst hotel customer service experience ever. It got me really upset and messed up my trip. I would not go back because of this. They refused to give me the room I was paying extra for unless I paid them an additional $30 per night. Even after showing the manager the exact room I booked (which I had stayed in before!), she said it was Booking.com's fault and the prices they charge are too low so I'd still have to pay more. She ended up charging me $5/night more after a long argument, but thankfully Booking.com refunded me. Just absurd.
