Everything was very clean.
Employees were awesome.
Negatives:
Check-in system crashed, employee was on phone with manager trying to get it fixed - took 45 minutes to check in :-( Employees said "new system" from new owner / new management.
Room key card NEVER worked more than a couple hours before we had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed - 4 days in a row this happened :-( Again employees were awesome, systems were awful.
Room was halfway renovated - missing lamps, paint spills (dried) all over half-way renovated bathroom. Everything there worked, but missing items like lights, lamps, and no smoke detector :-(
Breakfast was only cold items, a year ago there was a good hot breakfast here.

It had a pool which was a big reason I got this hotel.
Negatives:
I stayed for 12 days and no one came to clean the room, take towels, or change sheets my whole stay. I had to take out my own trash. I asked the 2nd day of my stay for someone to add light bulbs to my bathroom, no one ever did. On top of everything I was charged a total of 5 extra days randomly. Half about 3 days after I checked in and the other half about a week after I checked in. I was told it was a holding charge even though I had already paid for my stay in full at check in. Was offered no type of compensation for the mishap but was told because they had my card on file they were able to take the money. Glad to know y’all just take my money because “you can”. It took me about 2 weeks total to get all of my money back. On top of that I reserved my room for 2 because my handicapped mother was staying with me part of the time. Went to go sit on one of the beds and it almost flipped, looked into it more, they had the wrong size bed frame on the bed so it wasn’t sitting on the frame properly. They are lucky it wasn’t my mother because they’d have a lawsuit coming their way. Every single morning at about 8am there was either arguing or children running/screaming in the hallway to wake me up on my vacation
