I liked the size of my room. The bathroom was clean with several lighting options. The bed was comfortable, the charging outlets were convenient and the lighting was good. The hallways were clean. The bathtub was old and shallow.
Negatives:
The Sunday breakfast buffet was average. There were crumbs and dust, all along the ledge near my table. I thought maybe this came from earlier diners, but it was all along the ledge for quite a few feet. The maid to order omelette was good. In a hotel with such a grand lobby, I expected more than just basics. I know that it was a weekend, but the price did not reflect the offerings. My room had an extremely unpleasant odor, something like formaldehyde. The first night I was too tired to complain, but it kept me awake for quite a while. The second night the odor seemed less, but by the middle of the night it was back.

The air conditioning was absolutely horrible it stuffy in the rooms we told to open a window the we were no explained how breakfast went at check in we found out if it was not included in your room it was a $20 per person buffet and we had children the pool is only 3 1/2 feel with a connected jacuzzi unpleasant

The valet Michael was top tier. Very attentive, personable and accommodating. Housekeeping was very kind and had the room very tidy thought-out my stay.
Negatives:
The property is old and run down. I had maintenance up to the room three time in four nights to fix the toilet.
The rooms are old, dirty and outdated.
The Assistant GM was of no help at all with helping resolve all of the maintenance issues.
Would not recommend the hotel based on the rooms and upkeep of the property.

The food at Tango was delicious! The staff was extremely nice. The location and the attached garage was excellent. The check in and check out was very easy.
Negatives:
The halls were freezing! It would have been nice to come out of the hotel room and not feel like I stepped outside. The room could have been cleaner. It did not look like the carpet had been vacuumed at all.
The hotel is dated and needs to have some updates to freshen up the bathrooms - the tub looks very old and was stained.

Beautiful atmosphere and helpful staff. Honest guest. I lost my I.D., and someone turned it in. I am very thankful. You can't get to a room without a key card. That's a plus when it comes to privacy. In-house restaurant food was good. However, it was very expensive.
