We had to ask for the hair dryer thats usually in the room, the toilet was broke and the tub drain and the next morning there was no coffee with breakfast because the machine broke

A group of young children were running wild in the breakfast area. The adults with them were just ignoring the noise and mess they were making.

Nice place right near highway, so easy to access to Ford Museum, and Dearborn.

The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and funny. The check in and out process was quick and easy. Rooms were clean! Breakfast was good!

The pool for our son and most of the staff were very kind.

That a staff was calling to complain. We had only been back to the hotel for 5 mins, yes it was late. I was trying to get my son calmed down for bed and started to run. I corrected him, and then the phone rang. My husband picks up to hear, and we are tired of hearing your child running it needs to stop. Okay, I get it. But it was not like he had been doing it for a long time. It wasn't like it was waking up guest.
