No HOT TUB!!!! WAY too much chlorine in the pool the kids were crying their eyes all red. Also there was a lot of noise, people partying in the hallways, one of them even knocked on my door at 2am waking up my kids!

Breakfast was minimum. Had a huge staffing problem. I booked 2 rooms for over a week and no cleaning service was provided. We asked for fresh towels at the front desk. Manager difficult to communicate with. Said he would discount the 2 rooms for 1 night due to breakfast not being served but he did not do this. The hotel overbooked for New Years Eve and front desk person was laughing and said they always do that because credit cards get declined. I felt sorry for the lady that did not get a room through no fault of her own.

We tried everything, even going to the front desk. No Wi-Fi. They said it was on our end but weve stayed here before with no Wi-Fi issues. We begged them to reboot the Wi-Fi but no one knew how to do it. Executives need unwavering wifi 109%.
