The attendant at the desk was great. Very friendly and a nice personality. I’m not sure, but I think his name is Tom or something that started with a T?? More employees like that are needed.
Shower was good. Beds comfortable. Close to things like restaurants, shopping etc. Price that weekend was decent maybe it goes up during the summer. Hotels are getting expensive!
Negatives:
I’m a health conscious person and use organic products so did not use body wash and hair products provided. Also, I noticed when filling
the coffee/hot water area a plastic pitcher was used. Hot water and plastic are not good together. Stainless steel pitcher would be better. Most people are not aware of some things and would not care, but u asked.
We were on the third floor and could hear people walking around above us, but maybe can’t be helped.

My thermostat wouldn't work in room 310, therefore it was uncomfortable in the room due to it being too hot

Positives:
Easy booking, my pet was welcomed and not treated as an inconvenience. Also like that I was not put in a room that smells like 100 other pets live in it. There is a pet fee, but you can tell they put it towards keeping things fresh and neat.
