The hotel was clean. The room was spacious.
Negatives:
The mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillows were small, and had very little filling. The breakfast was a joke, it had a gallon of milk that was already at the expiration date, cold cereal, granola bars, and juice boxes. The hot tub was for a single person.

The staff was wonderful... pleasant, informative, and helpful. As someone who has spent decades in Customer Service, I was impressed by the friendliness and outgoing manner of the front desk representatives who assisted us.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we had to leave early. Our furry family member was not sleeping well, whether it be from the presence of other animals or maybe a high pitch noise. This is certainly not the fault of the establishment but will be a consideration next time we visit.
