Yes, got there at 9 oclock on the date of the reservation and the motel said they overbooked and they didnt have a room for me so I was stuck at 9 oclock at night trying to find a place to stay

Asked a question at the front desk about the breakfast area, the response was "Not my department". When I asked the breakfast person about getting some cold cereal, her response was in Spanish and "doesn't speak English".

Well I booked a room with a jacuzzi but I wasnt notified that it wasnt working until a few hours before. Then there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Overall kinda disappointing

Friendly staff, especially Shawn. Good breakfast. Liked using the pool and hot tub.

The whole comforter wrapped in a duvet is absurd. All the hotels are doing it and its TOO HOT. We couldnt sleep the first night. We had to ask for a plain old blanket which was perfect do the rest of our stay.
