Great quick stay! Clean room, close to the airport. Good breakfast with hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, yougurt, fruit etc. If you are leaving your car in their parking lot, it’s $10 per day and free shuttle will pick you up to and from the airport - very convenient.

Positives:
Room size and amenities are great. Modern and well furnished rooms. Fruit in the lobby to munch on was nice, since I didn't have time for breakfast.
Negatives:
Didn't like to have to pay for parking, especially since you had to do it online, separate from the hotel bill. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 5am so I couldn't stay for breakfast which starts at 6:30 am.

Positives:
Joy at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in reserving a 2nd night stay for me that I was unable to do previously. She was super helpful and told us about the shuttle to the mall. Jenny was absolutely amazing the next day as well! Jenny was as helpful as Joy and helped us secure the shuttle to and from the mall. Both ladies and the rest of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was delicious! our room was clean and comfortable.

Positives:
I liked that it had a small bar with a limited restaurant. I came in from a long day but did not want to go out for a dinner or drinks, and was pleasantly surprised to see I did not have to. Plus the shuttle to the airport was why I chose this hotel. I had a flight leaving at 7 am.

A nice surprise.
Positives:
The maintenance man Jaime was extremely responsive to an issue we had with a light. He went above and beyond while he was working to get our issue resolved even though it was passed off on him at 5 minutes until his shift ended (which I was informed by front desk staff). The housekeeping/kitchen staff were the friendliest and helpful when we needed help.
Negatives:
The front desk was unhelpful. When we checked in until we left. The lady that checked us in, gave us literally no direction as to what to do about parking or really anything. We were not told about registering our vehicle for parking. Immediately upon arrival we had an issue with a light flickering and her only solution was to get maintenance to come look at it. Jaime was very willing to fix it but they did not have the correct bulb. He left a note with the front desk so she was very aware we only had light on one side of the room. She made no effort to move us and it appears the note was not passed along to the morning shift because it was not fixed until the next night by Jaime when we called to ask what the status was. A whole shift went by and no one made any effort to fix the issue.
There were also no microwaves and the fridge was frozen up.
There were also stains everywhere. In the lobby, in the room on the linens. Upon check in we had to change the linens on the sofa bed. The sofa bed also leaned inwards to the couch we had to have our kids sleep at the foot of the bed so that they weren't sliding into the couch while they slept.
