Dead bolt on door was broken, dust was awful, no elevator, bathroom in pool area was disgusting and there was a fight in the hall by our room at 2:30am and clientele is shady.

The price was about the only thing we liked.

Bedding had burn holes in them, lamp was discolored and disgusting, difficult to open the door, no lock, TV sucked. This place is in dire need of updates, paint, new everything. Gross gross gross. We slept is about all we did. I had one kid say they would rather sleep in my truck.

Customer service was horrible, I got a room with a jet tub that didn’t work couldn’t get help because the lady at the desk was sleeping and the guy at checkout wanted to argue with me and refused to even give me a discount. The whole reason I got this room was just for the jets because of my MS. Bad customer service and will not come back again it was a waste of money.

Staff were nice and helpful also the place was convenient
Negatives:
The pool room was a bit disappointing the bathroom had a water leak and seemed pretty dirty also the floor around the pool and hot tub was dirty plate the bench in the sauna was broken and not sturdy or safe. In the room I was staying in 216 under the fridge there was damage prior to us staying there in the picture I submitted. Also the shower head was making a terrible sound when the water was running.
