Somehow booking did not send over my reservation. The hotel was fortunately not at capacity and they were able to accommodate me and accommodate me at the same rate. Every single person we encountered working at the hotel was so absolutely kind. The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out in the room.

I was sold on amenities that ended up not being available (shuttles to target center, unavailable to staffing), requested towels and towels, and housekeeping daily before 10 (never followed thru), parking unsite was not included (like I was told)

First, they gave me a wrong room. They never told me that they clean up guest rooms. So I have to request cleaning after three nights, and then they forgot again! My room was too mess, so I have to ask again and the staff’s attitude made me upset.
