The room smelled dirty and hair in the bathtub . Told lady working at desk and was told management would get ahold of me. Still haven't heard anything. Also because of floors being wet from people going to pool my daughter fell. Have stayed before and never had a issue. Not a happy person. Terrible experience.

Location - was where we needed to be. The staff was polite.
Negatives:
I stopped at the motel in mid morning before they were registering new guests, greeted the manager and he checked our registration, I said Id be back later to finish our check in. When we checked in,We were given a room with one bed, not what I had reserved. When I went back to the desk, I was told nothing else was available, the manager came and told the clerk to put us in a room that was for some reason not on their list of available rooms. The hide a bed had seen better days years ago, there was no bedding for the hide a bed, I went back to the desk to get some. The bathroom fan was so loud and it squealed and screeched that we could not use it.
