I paid more the damage deposit than I did the room its self. They opened my window prior to check in no screen on window television didnt work and the bed was almost on floor. Sign on door when u get to room make sure to lock room while in it.

Third floor smelled terrible. No blanket or comforter on bed, just 2 flat sheets. Only 2 pillows. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I stayed at the hotel it was urination all in the elevators your nation smell all in the room that I was in I asked to be changed to a different room they will not do that the room also had roaches and a big hole in the television I was supposed to get a full refund I called the manager kept making excuses not to give me my money talking about they was busy I was going to call me back it was going to be on my card in a couple days never received my refund I'll contact corporate to make a complaint still haven't received my refund they told me that somebody from you all's corporate office in Arizona was coming out because of all the complaints I'm still going to receive my money
