Positives:
The location was good. Breakfast not so good. This place was run by friendly older gentlemen who did their best to give us a clean room.
In my opinion, this place is good for people who want/need to live in a motel for economic reasons.
Negatives:
Smoking right outside the front door was annoying. We had to walk through it.

Very poor cleanliness, bed (blood stain on bed linen, mattresses are old and stained), bathroom not cleaned for a new guest and hotel floors totally dirty.
