The staff was efficient and friendly. It was close to the Shakopee High School for the state speech meet. The shower had great water pressure.

My room was in poor condition: noisy, broken fan on the heater. I asked for it to be repaired; it was not. The toilet didn't flush well. It was repaired. The door to the frig was broken. The tub was peeling.

I loved the fireplace and jacuzzi in my room.

We rented the jacuzzi suite. The water was not hot enough to sit in the jacuzzi. The fridge was turned way down so it defrosted and had water all. We didn't have toilet paper or washcloths. The fireplace didn't work. The lampshade fell off and not replace
