The restaurant was supposed to be open till 9:00 pm at 8:30 when I came by it was closed and the lady that runs it was walking out the door. Your website, your front counter person and your advertisement all stated 9:00 pm. Pool was closed. Front counter checked me out and the had to check me back in for me to get the free breakfast that came with my room. Just a bad experience all around

Paying $171.00 dollars was to much when you walk in bathroom hair all over the floor Plus take a shower get struck in bathroom door off the hinges my husband call front desk Executive Housekeeper manager came to get me out. When you inspect a room all that should been reported before they put the room in the system as vacant ready.This is the kicker told management they said really I am so sorry. Then the next morning we told supervisor what had happened she said This is not my hotel. I wouldn’t want anyone like that to work for a company of my She was kind ruled .I never plan to stay there again plus the lobby was dirty when I first enter the hotel floor nasty that first impression on the hotel I also let the guest service lady know that I am a executive Housekeeper Manager as well I know what to look for when I enter a room.I feel like the Executive Housekeeper Manager that was just promoted needs some more training. She wouldn’t survive in Atlanta she would been fired To me that hotel needs people with good customer service skills.
