The cleanliness of the lobby. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance to the hotel. Beautiful and clean room.
Negatives:
The rooms full length mirror was removed from the room which made getting ready a little bit more challenging. Only one working elevator made it tedious to get back to your room.

The room was great. We loved the balcony and the room layout was perfect. The location was perfect as well. It was very clean. We would stay here again.
Negatives:
One member of the staff at the front desk acted like she did not want to be there...was very aloof and borderline rude. The gentleman who checked us out on the other hand was great.
The elevator kept getting stuck on different floors.

Negatives:
Receptionist was not particular helpful there were 3 adult people in our group she queried why we wanted more than 2 sets of towels the answer we all wanted to shower using a clean towel we had booked the hotel as a group of three
Also sofa bed is not big enough for 2 adults (0nly child ) receptionist said as we booked with third party nothing she would do so we paid to upgrade
On their own website it says sofa bed is for 2 adults
( I would say only if you hugged one another all night

Hotel was SUPER nice! It was very clean and smelled so good and fresh! I thought breakfast was great! They had a lot of different options to get full off of and everything I ate was really good! Loved the mirror in the bathroom lighting on it was very well lit! And beds were really comfortable! Everything just felt really clean and comfortable! Front desk was really nice as well! Would stay here again!
