Hot tub was great! Pool is not heated. Breakfast is good, decent enough variety. Our room was outdated but they were remodeling some rooms during our stay.

The hotel room was dirty, bathroom had piles of dust behind the door. We discovered a roach in our room. The room was not available at the listed check-in time- we didn't gain access until 9pm. Hot tub was cold and the water looked very dirty.

Location was good. Could be very cool place but needs remodeling. Room was okay, but no microwave. Housekeeping never swept floor the whole time and I had 3 kiddos and it needed it everyday. Never replaced cups in room after we used the ones there.

Common areas were dirty. Pool area had trash the whole 3 days we were there. Peeling paint, rust, carpet on stairs was worn and dirty. Door keys had to be reprogrammed everyday, Almost walked out when we got there, couldnt afford a second motel.

There was lots of ants in more room water leak coming from the wall and onto the floor. Construction worker guys working outside of my room being so loud during the day time. And the hot tube was working during my stay
Negatives:
Changed rooms closer to the main building away from the works. Hopefully there wouldnt be ants in there too and just the wet floors due to leak was just risky for me due to pregnancy and its being a safety violation
