Negatives: The elastic was worn out in the bed sheets so they kept coming off. The hotel needs new sheets. The mattresses were damaged substantially on the bottom side that had been flipped down from being chewed on by a large dog with a prior guest. The toilet rocked in the bathroom. The sausage patties did not taste good.

Negatives: About $74 a night Pool Nazis at the front desk never fail to visit pool area if you or family go out there. No drinks of any kind. Rules are enforced so bring a bag to keep drinks in if you plan to bring water or anything into pool area. Bugs in pool. The plastic flaps kept coming off the traps and floating across the pool. The keys had to be reset a few times during our short stay. Make sure you use the Do not disturb sign. They kept opening the door in the morning to clean and such until we put the sign up. Mostly we just want to be left alone when traveling - low maintenance guests. The laundry room was out of service. It was filled with fog inside the building in the laundry room. No idea why or what was broken.

Negatives: Pool closed at 10pm. Bathroom had a sliding door instead of an actual door. Front door closes and only way in is back door up stairs.

Negatives: I wish i would have taken pictures upon arriving, but I didn't think I would have to prove what we walked into, because Im not the type to complain. But since I called to question the extra $200 i was charged and how i was treated, i will just go ahead and leave a God's honest review. The property smelled like mold and Marijuana, the staff wasn't friendly (mainly the one that "helped" me when i inquired about my $200 damaged linen fee- the linen i damaged because my autistic boys got spots on their sheets from eatting on the bed since there was no where else to eat (no table.only in chair) she tried to say it was a pee stain, but my kids are potty trained and my dog slept in her crate, and because i ruined a conforter from putting it on their dirty floor when i had to sleep on the floor because the bed was so uncomfortable, and the towel i dirtied from cleaning their nasty floors, and my kids dirty black feet from just walking barefoot in the room), the elevator was terrible slow and vending and ice was only one one floor, the extremely small rooms, the horrible roll away beds they tried to pass off as regular beds, the towels were tiny and completely unabsorbent, the housekeepers didnt stop in, not even once in 5 days, the breakfast experience (taste, lack of options and lack of seating area during breakfast hours), the water was extremely hard, the lack of soaps, toilet paper, towels, etc, the toilet barely flushed, the bathroom door had no lock and didnt even really shut, the shower leaked on the floor and made it so slick, the air couldnt keep up in the day but qould freeze us out at night, the lack of cleanliness for the entire property, even outside was covered in dog feces because they don't clean up when their visitors dont do the right thing and clean up after their pets, the pool was way smaller than it looked in the pictures, the key cards would work on the outside but not the actual room door so we got locked out more times...
