front desk staff was incompetent
we had to change rooms..i won't say why, its too gross to even describe and it was a disaster. new room had toilet issues, the maintenance person showed us how to fix it, in case it happened again...big surprise it happened many times.
never ever a manager on site and we waited for call backs but never received one from SHANA.
Do not stay here. i beg you!

The lady in charge of the breakfast buffet is a joy. She brightened up our morning with her spirit.
Negatives:
There were passive aggressive sheets of paper posted everywhere telling guests what to do and to tip and other kinda cringe things. Also, they only do room service if you request it (!?) but they don't tell you that when you check in.
