My first room, the tub was dirty and the door did not lock. You could just push the door open. I told the male staff at the desk and he said he would tell maintenance in the morning, but the door swells so just tug on the door. I shouldnt have to do that as a customer. The female attendant decided to place me and my mom in a different room. We get to the new room. The bathroom toilet seat had prints on it like someone had been sitting on it. The tissue was used also. I cleaned the whole bathroom with bleach. And black hair strands were EVERYWHERE. Fridge, Bed, Floor, bathroom, Sink, Carpet, bathroom toilet, blankets. It was disgusting! The female desk attendant came to clean. We were only staying one night. I will never stay here again. The next morning the linen attendant came in the room without verifying that we were gone first. Just knocked and walked in. Didnt give us time to respond. It was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had and Im a travel nurse. Ive been to multiple hotels but nothing like this. Never again!
