Negatives: My family and I checked in at 1:30am on 5-18-24. I noticed the $100 deposit(most hotels are $50). When we go into the room, my kids had to use the bathroom. The toilet did not flush fully. I was like great, hopefully it don’t overflow, took a video, so they don’t charge me. I called at 8am on Saturday morning. The front desk clerk said at 9am the maintenance worker would be in. He used a snake to clean out the toilet. Later that day when we returned back to the hotel, the hallways smelt like weed. My kids have asthma, I said hopefully the smoke don’t get to them. My mother was staying at the same hotel too, she has asthma too, she had to open her window to air out the weed smell. Smelt like it on Sunday too. You can tell the property is old, the carpet is musty. On Monday when we were in line to check out. I seen others were waiting for their $100 cash deposit. When it was my turn to check out. I asked how long the deposit would take $100 deposit to go back on my card. The clerk said 2-3 business days. I received my deposit on 5-21-24 and the amount was $50. I called the hotel and asked why I didn’t get the full $100 back. The clerk said it was only a $50 deposit. I said no it was not. It was $100. The sign at the front desk says $100 deposit. My card was charged $100 plus the price from booking.com. My total $354. The price I paid on booking.com was $254. The extra $100 is the deposit. He kept saying no it’s $50. I was like y’all scammed me. That’s so sad and messed up. I have bank statements showing the charges. The picture of $100 deposit. The staff did not follow their own policy. Stole $50 from my family and I. My mother was charged the same for deposit, $100. Bad customer service!

Negatives: We are a disabled couple. We have a very hard time with stairs. At times my husband even has to be wheelchaired.You need to put that this property does have stairs to get to the rooms .

Negatives: No coffee makers anymore. Not even cups. I take a lot of medication and had nothing to use. Im not a fan of that. We stay here every time we come to town. Ill probably start looking around.

Negatives: The location isn't terrible, but there are rough elements near by. Keep close watch over your children.

Negatives: I'm pretty no-fuss, so there's not usually anything I will complain about. If anything, the shower/tub was not very wide, so my feet were riding up the sides of the tub while I was taking a shower. But, that is very small beans in the grand scheme of things. The room wasn't gigantic, either, but I was traveling alone, so it was all I needed.

Negatives: Big stain in the bathtub.

Negatives: The room was musty smelling, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana.

Negatives: Staff at reception desk were not friendly and grumpy at all, no courtesy and no even greeting. Also was very loud ventilation hood in corridor by the stairs
