On the way to the hotel, which was 5hrs away, I get a voicemail, rudely by the way, from Chandra, the General Manager, “barking” that she has canceled my reservation because the card they had on file had declined. Now, I stay at this establishment when a visit family and NEVER had an issue like this! I always pay at the hotel! That was the first issue. I always get a handicap room. I was put in a room that was on the 2nd floor with stairs, I had to walk an extremely long distance to get to the room around the back of the hotel! While there my son’s truck was broken into. We alerted the area Police, they came out, made promises, the hotel did and nothing happened. At check out I was told, again rudely, there was no incident report filed and “I” was asked which one of “THEIR” employees worked the night before when all of this happened. How would I know that?

The property was in a great location- close to great restaurants and things to do.
The guest laundry facility was excellent.
Negatives:
The guest room was dark - too much gray!
The water pressure in the bathroom was poor.
The breakfast had good variety, however it was not suited or labeled for people with food allergies. It would have been helpful if the breakfast preparers had been much more attentive to the guests and wiping off the tables than chatting with each other.
Tables needed wiping between guests.

Loved everything. Would book again. Comfortable beds. Super ! real food breakfast. No instant eggs or little muffins. Real scrambled eggs, waffles, the whole deal. Breakfast meats, potatoes, gravy. Price thru booking.com was very reasonable.
