Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

The hotel had a pool and breakfast.

Walls were thin so we could hear the people in the halls. People checked in at 1 am and played loud music until 4 am. We called the front desk and they did nothing. They asked us how our experience was at checkout. The staff did nothing to comp us .

Rust in bathroom/Decor missing in room/Headboard light missing pieces/Closet door missing/Bathroom door needs replaced/Had to move fridge to unplug microwave in order to plug in coffee maker/Closet half painted/Maintenance/upkeep of room very poor.

Staff was not pleasant did not greet us with hello or hi. Same each day different staff member. One day I decided to say

I liked the location because we were going to WOF.
Negatives:
When I checked out.. instead of asking, she accused me of smoking in the room.. I don't smoke. Someone was smoking inside because I had smelled it the night before. It was breakfast time so the lobby was full, she was rude & it was embarrassing. I will not be staying there again.
Not to mention the elevators weren't working properly.
