The place had mouse and I mean we seen 4 at least. Front desk so oh there’s another one like it was normal on top of that. The worker got on the phone and yelled at the kids who were running scared. Then I pay 260.00 for night for all this to happen and on top of all that paid 20 dollars to park

Sink didn’t work. I didn’t get the extra bed that was paid for my booking(no credit issued)only said I wasn’t getting it. Small children jumping in & out the hot tub. Very loud & ghetto in the pool area. Children walking around cussing stranger out & the parents just sat there. People allowing dogs in the breakfast food area with all the scratching & placing half of the body on the table. Just unsanitary & truly disgusting.

This property was horrible. The hotel was overcrowded. It was not clean and Luis at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I was told I had to leave the property after asking questions about their policies.

Staff was amazing. Pool area was nice except for the broken stairs to get In and out of deep end pool.

Dirty. Coffee only available during allocated breakfast time. Pool and bar closed to soon. Pull out bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom very tiny. Not clean. Refrigerator didn't work well. Tv service expensive and outdated. Most hotels let you login to your own accounts netflix etc. Old TV. Stains on lampshades. Blood on walls going into bathroom. Outlets not working right. Connected to light switch unknown so woke up with dead phone. No alarm and missed morning breakfast that ended at 9. Had 3 kids to get up and didn't make it down. Parking is separate from room stay amount. Was told it was included which is not true. It's an additional amount per night. 23 which is expensive. Bathrooms in pool area disgusting. Conditioner empty in shower. Faucet broken and sinks were clogged.

The housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and the staff at the bar were very nice and accommodating they greeted you when you walked in asked if they could help with anything
Negatives:
Check in/front desk guy rude just took my card and ID right out of my hand then gave it back with the room keys didn't tell me about how you have to pay for parking and there's no other option unless you want to park a block down and walk didn't tell me where the elevators were or give me any other information. The room they gave me was dirty carpets had huge black stains all over the gave me a room with a handicap bathroom tried getting them to switch me rooms and that was a no go..the room was also very musty and hot the tub had huge black rings around it and the faucet was broke so water dripped all night keeping me up if we didn't shut the bathroom door.
