Positives: Breakfast was a joke.. packages of oatmeal and breakfast bars.

Negatives: Staff were rude and very unprofessional. I paid a lot of money and I feel so sad and disappointed. I even saw a roach while taking a shower. I smelled cigarette smoke coming from rooms and felt violated. I might as well have slept in my car. Services were awful and if I could give zero stars that would definitely answer how I felt. People work hard for their money.
