If you cancel your reservation after May 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Affordable and convenient location in Kansas City near freeway and local businesses. Parking in front of my room was a nice perk. 4K TV was also a nice perk. Very comfortable queen bed too.

Negatives: Breakfast was just coffee. Drippy shower faucet and nonfunctioning bathtub shut off lever. Strong marijuana smells walking into hotel. $100 deposit has yet to be refunded, if refunded, I would recommend this hotel, no refund then find different hotel.
