The beds were very old and like bricks. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Air conditioning did not work even after switching rooms. Didnt work in first room at all. Blew air but no cooling in second room. There were a lot of out of order signs on various things on our floor and around the lobby.

the room had no pillowcases on the pillows, there were also wasp flying around, the coffee pot was missing, and there was no shower curtain. The room was not as clean as it could have been. The staff helped with pillowcases and wasps. Bed uncomfortable

The hot tub was closed permanently but it didnt say that anywhere on the booking. It had a tarp and chairs covering it, hazardous in my opinion. The front desk clerk was not friendly or overly helpful. The hallways/stairs looked rough. Stains on the comforters
