Positives: Staff was pleasant. Easy off hwy. Near food.
Negatives: There was mold on the curtains, burn holes in bed spread and burns on toilet. The office chair was broken and when we asked for another one, it had rips and burn holes. Seriously needs tlc and updated.

Positives: Will not stay in another quality inn again. Dirty room, hair on bathroom floor, filthy chair, unknown substance on bathtub. Breakfast was terrible especially the coffee and juice machine. The staff we dealt with were rude and not helpful.

Negatives: There was literally mold growing all over and inside the coffee maker in the room and no response and no one present at the counter at check out to complain to. Totally ridiculous and I should have gotten a refund of some sort just unacceptable.

Positives: The desk clerk in the evenin was delightful. Very friendly and very helpful.
Negatives: We woke up in the morning covered with ants all over us and our bed. I took a video of the ants all over the bed. When I showed the desk clerk he said oh. Ill let my manager know and house keeping. No credit no Im sorry. Will not be back.

Negatives: extremely dirty room the bedding needed thrown away ten years ago we had to pull off the worn-out bedding and use our own blankets with their sheets, room was very musty and carpet was wet by the bathroom door.

Negatives: Not as as peaceful as usual. Room 104 shares a wall with the laundry facility & there was constant noise and thumping all weekend. Could hear everything outside the window. Including 4-wheeler being ridden back & forth for hours in the parking lot.
