Front desk young lady was very rude. Stated that they may not have availability when attempting to check in after 5PM. Room has been booked and confirmed for over a week. Checkout was at 11, housekeeping opened up room door at 10:30 without knocking while I was finishing my packing. They never apologized just shut the door.

It was super close to my primary Edward Jones building, I could walk to work. That is AMAZING!
Negatives:
Just about everything else. I had a bunch of hair in my tub. My tub plug was pulled out. The bed wasn't made the 2nd day.....I really don't care about that.
The HUGE problem was there wasn't even a closet! No place to hang my clothes at all! Anywhere in the entire room!

Breakfast was a joke. You spend $1,000 of dollars on land scape. But you run out of eggs and meat by 8:15. And your server tells the guest that’s all the food he is allowed to serve. Too bad for the guests.
Every guest I spoke with was very disappointed with the food service.

Easy location right off the highway. Qwik Trip right across the street. Very nice lobby area. Good breakfast with nice sized breakfast area.
Negatives:
Overall the property was great. The only complaint I would have was the shower in our room didn’t appear to be cleaned recently.
