Negatives: My key didn’t work the first time. After that, I got in but my room was also occupied! The next day, my key wouldn’t work. One lady took my id to look me up, the other lady then asked me for it while the other still had it. They were rude, something happened on the 2nd floor and they were yelling at a guest for trying to walk past them to the elevator (Sunday night).

Positives: Breakfast and sun room, nice staff, excellent shower, TV channel selection, radio, Keurig, and phone, plenty of parking, proximity to freeway and restaurants and ease of maneuvering in parking lot, business computer to print out directions/boarding passes

Negatives: Hot water dispenser was broken (for making tea); lime-green walls, no Gidean's Bible in drawers, loud barking in the hallway, loud talking in neighboring rooms and loud music in room next door after 10 pm.
