This place was dirty, smelled awful and the so-called free bfast was nothing but two different dry cereals with two tiny tables. Will NEVER stay there again

The front lobby was awful. Old old old, I felt bad for the clerk behind the check in desk, smelled like old booze smoke and pot. I did try to cancel my reservation but Booking.com made it VERY difficult.

they have a policy thats not on any cite were if your under 21 you are not allowed to stay. i wasn’t informed this when i booked my night at all so i might have not been able to stay if the staff wasn’t understandable. they also downgraded my room when i got there because animals are only allowed in twin bed rooms, but again i wasn’t informed of this policy. i have no problem with their rules, but i would have booked somewhere else if i had been informed of the policies.

Traveling cross country it did...

It smelled bad and wasn't very clean.

Chose this place because of the long pool hours (7am-11pm). 1 day into our stay they mark over posted hours with a marker changing time (2pm-10pm). Was unable to use the pool again on my visit. Got a 30 min swim the first day.

It was alright even though...

The location was great! My wife, daughter and I plan on staying here again in the future! There was a misunderstanding about the price of the room and the guy at the front desk accidentally overcharged us $15 because he thought we needed a room and didn't realize we had already reserved a room online even though my wife had the paper with her showing that we did . My wife said he was real nice about it when she went back in and asked about it and had no problem giving her the $15 back. Excellent staff all the way around!

They could have had better breakfast options. When my wife went to check all there was honey buns and cold cereal. So we didn't eat any breakfast from here. When we stayed at the Super 8 motel in Festus and St. Charles MO both of them had/served biscuits/gravy for breakfast. St. Charles location also had scrambled eggs on their menu.
