Hotel employees from the front desk and all of the breakfast staff were great.
Negatives:
The hotel pool and hot tub looked beautiful, but they were closed due to a new A/C system being installed.
Positives:
We stay here often because it is close to family in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, the morning breakfast is very good but they do not serve decaf coffee or have hot water to make tea.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub are still out of order.

Location is close to family we are visiting. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was great.

Hot tub still not in operation. Staff says they don't know if it will ever be fixed. :(

The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was good. The original price that attracted me went way up when I put the date I was staying, Im guessing because Metallica was in town. I took my kids with me they loved the stay in the hotel. have no complaints overall it was worth it.
Negatives:
More food selection in the restaurant, or cheaper options. Im from 5 hours away so Im really not familiar with the local food cost. I liked what I ordered but I had an 18 year old and 12 year old. My son ordered from the kids menu and my daughter found it hard to choose anything she wanted. I dont want to sound negative my stay was pleasant. Im just making suggestions
