No microwave, bathrooms desperately need to be redone. There was nowhere to fill my water bottle. Floor in breakfast room was Very sticky and breakfast options were very limited. Halls reeked of marijuana. business center computer couldn't get online. No USB ports anywhere. $5 sodas is completely ridiculous.

Positives:
We stayed here for our Route 66 trip. Location is 30 min drive to center so it’s not very close. For it’s price it’s acceptable
Negatives:
Hotel is old and may need renovation soon. There was some trucks on the parking lot and making lots of noise. Also breakfast ends in 9 am which is early in my opinion

Positives:
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to the extent they could be. Overnight staff was very accommodating in a very frustrating situation. All staff met was helpful and nice. Morning manager Tony was very kind as well.
Negatives:
The room was not properly cleaned. When we laid down for bed we noticed that one of the beds was exceptionally hard. Thinking it was a box spring instead of a bed we pulled back the sheets to check. It was, actually, a bed that was made upside down. The mattress was upside down. Rather than fix this, the staff simply made the bed over the upside down mattress. When we tried to get it fixed or moved rooms there were no available rooms. We had to flip the mattress ourselves. When we flipped it the top of the mattress had many stains. In the morning after dropping something on the floor, we found miscellaneous pills under a chair in the room as well as hair combs in it. This obviously was not properly cleaned. The shower was also dirty as well as cobwebs covering the "balcony".

I desk clerk was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Room was large and well appointed. There is a chilli's restaurant attached to the hotel.

The only thing I can think of is possibly having a ramp by the rear entrance. Parking in front was almost full so I parked around back. There are 4 stairs down to the entrance
