We didn’t like the fact that the room that we got had roaches. Yes we did move to another room, but still the site of roaches was horrible. When we checked out the manager was not there to complain. Just sucks because I paid over $100 for a place that I thought was a good place to stay.

We didn't like the cleanliness of the rooms. Dust everywhere mirrors streaked up didn't want to even use the mini fridge. Room smelt. We had 3 rooms and all 3 rooms did not stand up to the photos presented on the website this was a $80 hotel at best and we paid $160 for a night. By time we got back to hotel it was too late to stay anywhere else. Just be aware of cleanliness before going.

The hotel itself and the room were both great, and the hotel grounds were beautiful.
Negatives:
The hotel was extremely short staffed. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were able to check in. There were no bath towels in the room. The breakfast was served late as the server staff was late, and the food was cold.

Room: dirty sheets , has hair and animal hairs on it.

The floors in the halls were REALLY messy. Trash all over. Doors didnt close all the way, had gaps in them. Not all the lights worked in 1 of the rooms
