Positives: The staff could not have been more accommodating. Check in was a breeze, and everyone was paying so much attention to my cousin's and my experience. If I made a comment or question they were quick to provide additional information. Also, it smelled SO GOOD!

Negatives: It's just a small thing that happens sometimes, but the keycards didn't work the first time we used them. I would never hold this against any hotel as the technology has never been nor will it ever be perfect.
