The ac didn’t work the 2 nights we stayed even after he fixed the filter and they didn’t have another room for us the same size. So we were sweating both nights. Said they couldn’t fix the rate it give discount because we booked through booking.

For price we paid we expected cleaner room and bathroom, especially sheets, as they were stained, with hairs. Same in bathrooms, hairs. It took while for hot water start running.
Breakfast was ok, but very poor choice of tea selection and not enough seating in breakfast area.
Wouldn't stay again due to really expensive price, unfortunately other Holiday inn was fully booked.

Overall, it was great service and lodging for the price. It felt cleaner and more homey than some of the supposed higher end hotels I've stayed at. If you're headed to Springfield, I highly recommend!
