We booked because a friend had booked earlier.
Negatives:
We generally stay in rooms from $140-240, all of which meet the same quality we experiences at the Hilton. Not much in to paying for the name, and really tired of paying outrageous prices for a room, only to have to pay for breakfast, too. Hilton we wish you well, but bonuses to your exec's won't include our dime.

there were rooms available and we needed two due to a cancelled flight
Negatives:
the staff were very unhelpful
failed to provide us with a shuttle at the time they told us it would be available. did not offer to help us find an alternative, was very rude and said that the staff member that messed up always does that sort of thing.
same staff member who messed up the shuttle also failed to give us a roller bed for my son so we had to wait for it to be delivered after we returned from dinner
