The room wasnt cleaned by the time I checked in. There was damage to the window and door. The hot tub was cold. When I booked I thought I was getting a ground floor room with private entrance and did not get that. Overnight staff was rude. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were empty. Inside of the microwave was dirty. There were stuff that I wasnt sure wasnt blood on the bathroom wall by the trash can. Overall wasnt what I was expecting to pay almost $140 for.
