The price was discounted, the location was near alot of things. It was fairly clean.
Negatives:
The front desk staff were very rude and impolite. Never smiled at anyone. I called because the air conditioner wasn't working and they didn't offer to come fix or give us another room, just said "it wont be until tommorow" that someone could come look at it. We were there 2 days and nights. No one came to clean or replace towels or anything.

Negatives:
It was old and dated. Even if it had been cleaned it was tough to tell. From the time we walked in you could tell that this property was not high in the companies priority list.

The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to the stores in the area if we need something.
Negatives:
We were charged a 50 dollar damage fee that booking.com did not state in the hotel policy. I was specifically looking for hotels without damage fees and chose the ones that didn't have a damage fee. I agreed and was ok with the damage fee but booking.com needs to state that there is one in the policy or super 8 needs to relay this information to booking.com.

The staff were very friendly. If they could accommodate they did. An issue came up and they immediately jumped on it. We were able to get a day refunded.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like was that we found bed bugs. The staff took care of the concern and we even got a refund. I loved how well we were treated.

The room was extremely small. No room to move. It wasn't handicapped accessible. Breakfast was a joke. One piece of bread was available.There were no waffles like on the web site. The apple juice machine was empty. There was not ANY Breakfast to speak of. That is false advertising! We won't stay again.
