Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.

Not my style...decor was sleek but cold. Bathroom door was heavy to slide. Noisy A/C as well as traffic noise at night. Had to pay for parking. Breakfast was standard fare. Over-priced for the neighborhood which was not downtown nor the old Market as advertised--but one mile away. Information about the free shuttle was not shared by staff. Free cancellation as advertised on Booking.com was rescinded by the hotel the next day after I made the reservation.

Beds were really comfortable, room was clean, location was good.
Negatives:
Noisy inside and especially out, lots of street noise. Could here people walking in room above us. No ice bucket, nor glasses in room. Staff was ok, acted like it was a hassle to assist or answer questions. Icemaker on 2nd floor was broken. Wouldn't recommend.
